Our item arrived noticeably damaged, the fabric arrived ripped and the threads loosely stitched and unraveled. The overall quality is 80% good; the fabric is not cotton but something very smooth and gentle on the skin. The tags on the scarf are labeled made in Pakistan; this is not an Eritrean netsela but an Eritrean Bilen-Gash Barka region printed scarf.
I previously owned an authentic Eritrean Netsela made in Barentu and these were handmade handpicked cotton materials, I was not expecting the same quality as the ones in Eritrea, but I did not expect it to arrive damaged. The item is inexpensive and I was approving of the overall item until I saw the rips.
I only had a problem receiving my item damaged, I was not seeking an exact quality of the netsela of Eritrea and if I repurchased the item in a new colour, I would have a much Great review only to receive the item I bought in a condition without tears and loose stitching. I do understand that making netsela is difficult I only tried once and had good results because I was helped so I am not critical I really do appreciate being recognised and being able to purchase this item.
